ANALISIS KESESUAIAN DESAIN GEDUNG OLAHRAGA BARU UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA TERHADAP KONSEP GREEN BUILDING

Abstract

Green Building merupakan salah satu solusi untuk dapat mengurangi efek global warming yang semakin lama semakin cepat pertumbuhannnya. Bangunan merupakan penghasil gas rumah kaca terbesar pada atmosfer. Pertumbuhan pembangunan gedung yang sangat tinggi saat ini tentu akan berdampak besar terhadap peningkatan global warming. Penerapan Green Building tentu akan bermanfaat untuk mencegah hal tersebut. Green Building sudah diterapkan di beberapa negara di dunia, terutama negara maju dan berkembang.termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian desain bangunan baru terhadap konsep Green Building.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahap desain rekognisi Gedung Olahraga Futsal, Gedung Olahraga Bola Basket, dan Gedung Olahraga Badminton Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Sistem penilaian menggunakan standar greenship new building 1.2 dari GBCI (Green Building Council Indonesia). Perhitungan  kesesuaian desain gedung olahraga baru Universitas Negeri Surabaya terhadap konsep Green Building menggunakan rumus persentase.

Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul dan perhitungan, diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa Gedung Olahraga Futsal, Gedung Olahraga Bola Basket, dan Gedung Olahraga Badminton Universitas Negeri Surabaya memiliki persentase rata-rata kesesuaian desain terhadap konsep Green Building sebesar 16,9%. Ketiga gedung belum memenuhi standar minimum Green Building yaitu 35% (Bronze). Gedung Olahraga Futsal Unesa memiliki nilai pemenuhan rating terbesar yaitu 18,2%, Gedung Olahraga Bola Basket 16,9%, dan Gedung Olahraga Badminton 15,6%. Kategori Efisiensi dan Konservasi Energi memiliki tingkat pemenuhan rating terbesar dengan rata-rata 28,2%. Kategori Manajemen Lingkungan Bangunan dan Sumber dan Siklus Material memiliki tingkat pemenuhan rating terkecil dengan 0%. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya perhatian dan pemahaman pihak perencana bangunan terhadap penerapan teknologi-teknologi pembangunan untuk menuju pembangunan berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan.

Green Building is preferred solution to reduce the effects of global warming are becoming increasingly faster growth. The building is the largest emitter of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Growth in the construction of the building very much at this time would be a major impact on the increase in global warming. Application of Green Building would be beneficial to prevent that. Green Building has been implemented in several countries in the world, especially the developed and developing countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to determine the suitability of the design of the new building Green Building concept.

The method used in this study were interviews, observation, and study documents. The study was conducted at the design stage recognition Futsal Sports Hall, Basketball Sports Hall, Badminton Sports Hall State University of Surabaya. The scoring system uses a greenship new building version 1.2 from GBCI (Green Building Council of Indonesia).Calculation suitability of design of new sports hall of the State University of Surabaya Green Building concept using a percentage formula.

Based on the data collected and calculations, the results of research that Futsal Sports Hall, Basketball Sports Hall, Badminton Sports Hall, State University of Surabaya has an average percentage suitability of the design of the green building concept by 16.9%. All the buildings have not met the minimum standards of the Green Building is 35% (Bronze). Futsal Sports Hall Unesa has the largest value of compliance rating is 18.2%, the next Basketball Sports Hall 16.9% , and 15.6% Badminton Sports Hall. Energy Efficiency and Conservation category has the greatest level of compliance rating with an average of 28.2% of the fulfillment of the three buildings. Category that gets the smallest value is the Material Resources and Cycle and Building environment Management with a value of 0% from the three gyms. This is due to lack of attention and understanding of the application of the planner building construction technologies for sustainable development and environmentally friendly.
