Isolasi Senyawa dari Ekstrak Etil Asetat Kulit Batang Tumbuhan Nyiri Batu Isolation of Compound from Ethyl Acetate Extract Nyiri Batu Stem Bark

Abstract

Abstrak. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang isolasi dari ekstrak etil asetat kulit batang tumbuhan nyiri batu, yang bertujuan untuk mngetahui struktur molekul senyawa hasil isolasi dari ekstrak etil asetat kulit batang tumbuhan nyiri batu. Isolasi dimulai dengan ekstraksi serbuk kering kulit batang tumbuhan nyiri batu dengan etil asetat. Lalu diikuti pemisahan melalui metode kromatografi (KCV dan KKG) yang selalu dimonitor melalui KLT analisis. Identifikasi isolat ditentukan dengan spektroskopi UV, IR, dan GC-MS. Berdasarkan data analisis spektroskopi diperoleh senyawa yaitu                                   4-(Hydroxymetil)-2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-Dioxsolane.

 

Kata kunci: Nyiri batu, Meliaceae, ekstrak etil asetat, 4-(Hydroxymetil)-2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-Dioxsolane.

 

Abstract. It had been done a research about isolation on the ethyl acetate exstract of nyiri batu stem bark. The aim of the research is to determine the molecular structure of compound isolated from the extract. Isolation was initiated throught maceration process using ethyl acetate as solvent. It was then followed by sparated using varians chromatographie techniques (VLC and GLC) that was always monitored by TLC. After finding pure isolate, the determinations of molecular structure of isolate was subjected using varian spectroscopic data UV-Vis, IR,and GC-MS. Based on spectroscopic data analysis, it can be predicted that the molecular structure isolate is 4-(Hydroxymethyl)-2,2-Dimethyl-1,3 -Dioxsolane.
