Abstract

Promosi wedding organizer Artio di Sidoarjo dilakukan karena wedding organizer tersebut merupakan salah satu jasa yang mengatur jalannya pesta pernikahan dengan patokan harga yang lebih hemat namun dari segi pelayanannya setara dengan wedding organizer ternama. Melihat banyaknya masyarakat sekarang yang memakai jasa wedding organizer untuk mengatur pesta pernikahannya. Rumusan masalah dari latar belakang tersebut adalah: (1) bagaimana konsep desain; dan (2) bagaimana proses perancangan karya desain periklanan yang bisa mendukung kegiatan promosi wedding organizer Artio agar masyarakat berminta memakai jasanya ?. Selaras dengan rumusan masalah maka tujuan untuk perancangan ini adalah untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan proses perancangan; dan (2) Menguraikan proses perancangan karya desain periklanan yang bisa mendukung kegiatan promosi Wedding organizer Artio. Metode perancangan meliputi lokasi penelitian yang terdapat di Jl. KH. Hamdani RT 06 RW 02 Kec. Buduran Kab. Sidoarjo. Sumber data berupa dokumentasi wedding organizer Artio. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT, analisis USP, dan positioning serta prosedur pelaksanaan perancangan desain. Hasil analisis perancangan ini meliputi bentuk perancangan desain periklanan sebagai media promosi wedding organizer Artio di Sidoarjo dengan tema “Glamorous and Economical Traditional Wedding” dan visualisasi desain grafis ini diolah menggunakan media komputer grafis. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan karya desain periklanan yang dapat mendukung tercapainya suatu media promosi yang dapat diterima oleh khalayak masyarakat.

Wedding organizer Artio is a wedding organizer service in Sidoarjo. Artio is a service which organizes wedding party with a price range which is economical but the service is equivalent with famous wedding organizer. As many people nowadays use wedding organizer service to organize their parties, therefore, it is important to have an advertising design planning as a media promotion. The process of the planning included two statements of problem, which were: (1) how the concept of the design was; and (2) how the process of advertising design planning which could support promotion activity of wedding organizer Artio so people would be interested to use its service was. Promotion activity of wedding organizer Artio was meant to grab people’s interest to use Artio’s service. The purposes of this planning were: to (1) describe the planning process; and (2) explain the process of advertising design planning which could support promotion activity of wedding organizer Artio. In collecting the data, first was done by surveying the research location which was on Jl. KH. Hamdani RT 06 RW 02 Kec. Buduran Kab. Sidoarjo. The source of the data was documentation owned by wedding organizer Artio. The collecting data method included interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used SWOT analysis, USP analysis, and positioning also design planning implementation procedure. The result of advertising design for wedding organizer Artio’s promotion used “Glamorous and Economical Traditional Wedding” as the theme. The process of the graphic design making used graphic computer media with Adobe Photoshop software. With the result of the advertising design, it hoped that it could achieve the promotion purpose of wedding organizer Artio to people.
