Abstract
Radio is a means of broadcasting transmitters or as a medium for delivering audio communication. Along with the rapid development of technology, the radio which was originally an effective information delivery media for the people gradually began to shift its role to the presence of the internet network, the call social media services. The rapid internet users make Jeje Radio, a segment of teenagers or young people, have to adapt and start using Instagram social media to keep up to date to meet the needs of young people now and to support the success of broadcast programs. This study aims to determine the effect of using Jeje Radio instagram in increasing listeners satisfaction. The design in this study uses a quantitative approach which is analyzed using descriptive research types. Data collection is done online in the form of questionnaires that can be filled through links that will be shared through direct message (DM) to each active Jeje radio Instagram account that is selected with several sample criteria as 105 research respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the use of social media Jeje Radios Usage can increase audience satisfaction.
