Pengaruh User Generated Content (UGC) pada Aplikasi TikTok terhadap Minat Berkunjung ke Kopi Klotok Yogyakarta

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh User Generated Content (UGC) pada aplikasi TikTok terhadap minat berkunjung ke Kopi Klotok Yogyakarta. Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) digunakan sebagai kerangka interpretatif untuk menafsirkan keterkaitan antara karakter isi dan penyajian pesan UGC dengan pembentukan minat berkunjung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan metode survei terhadap 390 responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert 1-5 untuk mengukur dimensi UGC, yaitu content authenticity, content interestingness, content usefulness, dan content valence, serta aspek operasional minat berkunjung, yaitu likelihood of visiting, time allocation, willingness to expend money, dan willingness to recommend. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi linear sederhana, uji t, koefisien determinasi, serta analisis tambahan terhadap kontribusi dimensi UGC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UGC pada aplikasi TikTok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ke Kopi Klotok Yogyakarta (B = 0,746; beta = 0,767; t = 23,540; p < 0,001). Nilai R Square sebesar 0,588 menunjukkan bahwa UGC mampu menjelaskan 58,8% variasi minat berkunjung. Analisis tambahan menunjukkan bahwa content interestingness memiliki kontribusi prediktif relatif paling kuat ketika seluruh dimensi UGC diuji secara bersama-sama.
