Hubungan Antara Komunikasi Interpersonal Dengan Penyesuaian Diri Pada Guru Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Yang Dimerger

Abstrak
Demi memenuhi ketentuan minimum yang ditetapkan dalam standar pendidikan, dalam hal ini Dinas Pendidikan kota setempat mengeluarkan kebijakan merger pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar. Diantara beberapa Sekolah Dasar yang telah dimerger salah satunya yaitu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Batan Krajan di Mojokerto. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan penyesuaian diri pada guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang di merger. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi interpersonal sebagai variabel bebas dan penyesuaian diri sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian korelasional. subyek yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 orang guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Batan Krajan Gedeg Mojokerto. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala komunikasi interpersonal dan skala penyesuaian diri yang disusun menggunakan skala likert. skala komunikasi memiliki 65 aitem, dengan 49 aitem yang valid. Sedangkan skala penyesuaian diri memiliki 60 aitem, dengan 40 aitem yang valid. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Somers d, karena jumlah subyek yang sedikit sehingga data masuk pada kategori non parametrik. Hasil analisis dari korelasi Somers d menunjukkan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh variabel komunikasi interpersonal dan penyesuaian diri adalah 0, 401. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan penyesuaian diri pada subyek penelitian ini.

Abstract
In order to accomplish minimum requirement which is set as educational standard, the local education official publish merger policy in the level of elementary school. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and self adjustment Among teachers in mergered state elementary school which is Batan Krajan elementary school at Mojokerto.. The variable in this study is interpersonal communication as the independent variable and adjustment as the dependent variable. This research was a correlational study. All 12 teachers in the Batan Krajan elementary school were recruited as subjects of this research. The research instrument used were Likert Scale of interpersonal communication and Self Adjustment. Interpersonal communication has a 65-item scale, with 49 valid item, while the scale of adjustment has a 60-item, with 40 valid item. The hypothesis tested using Somers d, that is one of non parametric data analysis because data were collected from small number of subjects. This research using the result shows that the significance value of the hypothesis test is 0,401. It can be concluded from the result that there is no correlation between interpersonal communication and self adjustment among subjects of this research.
