HUBUNGAN ANTARAKEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN KEDISIPLINAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN HAPPY PUPPY SURABAYA

Abstrak
SDM yang bermutu serta perusahaan yang kompeten, di butuhkan dalam mewujudkan kepuasan kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja. Karyawan dan perusahaan merupakan dua hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Karyawan memegang peranan utama dalam menjalankan roda kehidupan perusahaan dan pelaku aktif dari setiap aktivitas perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kedisiplinan kerja karyawan Happy Puppy Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 44 karyawan Happy Puppy Surabaya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja dan skala kedisiplinan kerja yang disusun menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan korelasiproduct moment untuk menguji hubungan antara dua variabel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai kofisien korelasi sebesar 0,832 (r= 0,832) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 (p=0,000). Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kedisiplinan kerja.

Abstract
A qualified human resource and a good company are two conditions needed for work satisfaction and work discipline. An employee and a company are two things that cannot be separated. The employee is the main character in handling the work wheel and the whole activity in the company. This research aims to know the relationship between work satisfaction and work discipline of Happy Puppy Employee in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research. The subject for this research are 44 employees of Surabaya Happy Puppy. The instrument used in this research are work satisfaction scale and work discipline scalethat were complied using likert scale. The data were analyzed using correlation product moment to test the relationship between two variables. The result shows coefficient correlation of 0,832(r= 0,832) with the significant level of 0,05 (p=0,000). That result approved that there is a relationship between work satisfaction scale and work discipline.
