ABSTRACT
This research aims to understand whether there is a relationship between perception of work environment and social support with employee work performance. There are two independent variables, perception of work environment (X1) and social support (X2). There is one dependent variable, which is performance (Y). This research is a correlational type with quantitative approach. The number of sample for this research is 75 employee. The data collecting technique for this research were perception of work environment scale. Based on statistical calculation in categorization, crew/employee have moderate level of perception of work environment by 37.35%, moderate level of social support by 38.66% and very high level of performace by 85.34%. The data analysis technique for this research were multiple regression analysis assisted by PASW Statistics 20. The significancy value from perception of work environment is 0.681 (p < 0.05) which explained that the submitted H01 hypothesis is accepted so there is no significant relationship between perception of work environment and employee’s work performance. The significancy value in social support variable is 0.033 (p < 0.05) which explained that the submitted Hα2 hypothesis is accepted ; so there is a significant relationship between social support and employee work performance
