HUBUNGAN ANTARA PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING DAN KEPRIBADIAN HARDINESS DENGAN STRES PADA PETUGAS PORT SECURITY

ABSTRAK
Bekerja sebagai petugas keamanan di pelabuhan akan menghadapi berbagai permasalahan seperti pencurian, penyelundupan, dan konflik antar teman kerja. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi terus menerus dapat menyebabkan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara psychological well-being dan kepribadian hardiness dengan stres pada petugas port security. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan 33 petugas port security di pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya yang diambil dengan menggunakan sampel area. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, diperoleh nilai F sebesar 14,812 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara psychological well-being dan kepribadian hardiness dengan stres pada petugas port security.

ABSTRACT
Working as security officers in the port will face a lot of problems such as robbery, smuggling and conflict between co-workers. The problems that occurs continously can cause stress. This study was aimed to examine the correlation between psychological well-being, hardiness personality and stress on port security officers. This study used a quantitative research method that involved 33 port security officers on the port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya who were recruited using cluster sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple regression analysis. Based on the result, it is obtained F value of 14.812 with a significant value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) so the research hypothesis is accepted. The result of this research shows that there is a significant correlation between psychological well-being and hardiness personality with stress on port security officers.
