HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA KARYAWAN PT. CATUR MITRA SEJATI SENTOSA (MITRA 10)

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra 10). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan subjek berjumlah 102 karyawan diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi untuk mengukur skor persepsi dukungan organisasi dan skala komitmen organisasi untuk mengukur skor komitmen organisasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai r sebesar 0,541 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan.

This study was a correlational research which aimed to know the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment employee of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra 10). Quantitative method is used on this research with the subject was 102 employee by applying saturated sampling technique or census. Data collected by perceived organizational support scale to measure perceived organizational support scores and organizational commitment scale to measure organizational commitment scores. Data analysis technique in this study was product moment correlation with 5% significant degree. Based on research analysis obtained r score was 0,541 with significant score was 0,000 (p < 0,05). The result of this study that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment employee.
