Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to know how the aggression image of persebaya supporters, the factors that affect the football supporters' aggression of persebaya during the match, the aggressions' types emerged by the supporters of persebaya and the way to overcome these supporters' aggression of persebaya. This research used qualitative method with phenomenological approaches. The method to collect the data is semi-structured interviews and participants observation. The data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The results of this research is known that the aggression factors of persebaya supporters or bonekmania are as follows: frustating factors, third-party factors, environmental factors and provocation.The aggression types that most likely types often posed by bonekmania are direct and indirect active verbal aggression.Physical aggression, otherwise, is rarely happened.Physical aggression, otherwise, is rarely occurred and sometimes happened at a certain time only. A persuasive was taken by the government to stop against the aggression supporter of persebaya. While, the association take peaceful approaches with the other supporter

Abstrak

Artikel ini merupakan hasil dari penelitian tentang Agresifitas supporter sepak bola Persebaya pada saat pertandingan Persebaya berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana gambaran agresifitas,Faktor,BentukSerta cara mengatasi perilaku agresif penonton sepak bola Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodepenelitian  kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan metode wawancara semi terstruktur dan obeservasi partisipan. Analisis data menggunakan metode Reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan .Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa faktor yang menimbulkan agresifitas pada bonekmania adalah Faktor frustasi, dan pihak ketiga, faktor lingkungan dan provokasi. Bentuk yang ditimbulkan Bentuk agresi yang cenderung  ditimbulkan oleh bonekmania adalah  agresi Verbal aktif langsung dan aktif tidak langsung. Sementara agresi fisik jarang terjadi dan hanya terjadi pada saat tertentu. Cara penanggulangan yang diilakukan oleh pemerintah adalah dengan cara persuasif.sementara dari pihak asosiasi dengan cara pendekatan damai dengan supporter lain.
