Abstract

ABSTRACT

The main purpose of this research was to examine the correlation between enxiety and precision floating overhand serve in volleyball extracurricular student at MA at MA Negeri Rengel. this research is consist of one one independent variable and one dependent variable, which are : a) anxiety and b) precision floating overhand serve. The type of this research is correlational research. Subject of this research are students extracurricular volleyball at MA State Rengel. The number of this research subject is 21 students. Data analytical technique used in this research is "Spearman Rank-Order" correlation technique and also using the statistical software called PASW Statistics 18.

Based on this Spearman Rank-Oder, the correlation result is -0.992 on significant level of p = 0.000 (p>0.05). These result showed that there was a very significant and negative correlation between anxiety and precision floating overhand serve in MA Negeri Rengel. District, Tuban. In other words, the hypothesis in this research is acceptance. Keywords: Anxiety, Precision, Floating Overhand Serve, And Students Extracurricular.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara kecemasan dengan ketepatan floating overhand serve pada siswa ekstrakulikuler bola voli di MA Negeri Rengel. Penelitian ini terdapat satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat antara lain : a) kecemasan, b) ketepatan floating overhand serve. Penelitian ini merupakan tipe penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakulikuler bola voli di MA Negeri Rengel. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 21 siswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Spearman Rank-Order dengan bantuan program PASW Statistics 18.

Berdasarkan teknik analisis korelasi Spearman Rank-Order diperoleh hasil korelasi sebesar -0.992 pada taraf signifikan sebesar p = 0.000 (p>0.05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan negatif antara kecemasan dengan ketepatan floating overhand serce di MA Negeri Rengel . Dengan kata lain, hipotesis penelitian ini diterima.
