PENGARUH KELELAHAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PERILAKU BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA YANG BEKERJA

Abstract : This research aims to determine the effect of emotional exhaustion on behaviour learning of students who work in study program of Psychology State University of Surabaya. It is a quantitative research. The population in this research were all students of psychology 2008-2011 who work and the total sample of 40 students. This research used purposive sampling. The analysis data method in this study using a questionnaire method for measuring emotional exhaustion and behavioral learning. Analysis data used a simple regression analysis techniques. The result of analysis obtained significance value of 0000 (p <0.05). Based on these results Rsquare is 0.43. It concluded that the effect of emotional exhaustion contributed by 43% in the remaining influence of behaviour learning and 57% is influenced by other factors not measured by the researchers.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kelelahan emosional terhadap perilaku belajar pada mahasiswa yang bekerja di Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi psikologi angkatan 2008-2011 yang bekerja, dengan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode mengumpulkan data yang digunakan adalah angket untuk mengukur kelelahan emosional dan perilaku belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana, maka diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh Rsquare sebesar 0,43 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kelelahan emosional memberikan kontribusi sebesar 43% dalam mempengaruhi perilaku belajar sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diukur oleh peneliti
