PERBEDAAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL ANAK DITINJAU DARI ATTACHMENT TERHADAP ORANGTUA

Abstract : This study aimed to examine differences of interpersonal communication skills of children with high attachment and children who have low attachment to parents. This research is a quantitative, data collected using the attachment scale and the scale of interpersonal communication. The population in this research were grade V and VI with the studied sample as many as 47 students. This research used a saturated sample. Analysis data used by Anova one-way. The results of the analysis obtained Fhitung value = 3.569 with Sig. 0.037, for significance 0.037 <0.05 means significant. The research found that interpersonal communication ability significantly influence the child's attachment to parents. Children who had a high attachment to communicate more effectively than children who have low attachment, so it can be concluded that there are differences of interpersonal communication skills in terms of the child's attachment to parents. Children who have a secure attachment have good interpersonal communication ability than avoidant attachment and anxious attachment. The results of this research, nine subjects were classified as secure attachment, avoidant attachment had 28 subjects, and 10 subjects had anxious attachment.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal anak yang memiliki attachment tinggi dengan anak yang memiliki attachment rendah terhadap orangtua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala attachment dan skala komunikasi interpersonal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V dan VI dengan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 47 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik anava satu jalur atau one way anava. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai Fhitung=3,569 dengan Sig. 0,037, karena signifikansi 0,037<0,05 artinya signifikan. Anak yang memiliki attachment tinggi mampu berkomunikasi lebih efektif dibanding anak yang memiliki attachment rendah, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal anak ditinjau dari attachment terhadap orangtua. Anak yang memiliki secure attachment memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik dibandingkan avoidant attachment dan anxious attachment. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 9 subjek yang tergolong secure attachment, 28 subjek memiliki avoidant attachment, dan 10 subjek memiliki anxious attachment.
