PENGARUH DUKUNGAN EMOSIONAL, DUKUNGAN PENGHARGAAN, DUKUNGAN INSTRUMENTAL DAN DUKUNGAN INFORMATIF TERHADAP STRES PADA REMAJA DI YAYASAN PANTI ASUHAN PUTRA HARAPAN ASRORI MALANG

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional support, appreciation support, instrumental support and informational support toward stress in adolescents in Yayasan Panti Asuhan Putera Harapan Asrori Malang. The samples that were studied as many as 33 children who are taken by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method that was used to uncover the emotional support, appreciation support, instrumental support, informative support and stress is questionnaire. Data analysis technique that was used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that emotional, appreciation support and instrumental support had an influence on stress as indicated by the correlation coefficient of -0.548, -0.616 and -0.831. While informative support, it had no effect on stress as indicated by the significant value of 0.085 (p> 0.05). Emotional support, appreciation support, instrumental support and informational support collectively have an influence on stress as indicated by the significant value of 0.000 (p <0.05) whereas the effect is 0.515, while the remaining 0.485 influenced by other factors.

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan, dukungan instrumental dan dukungan informatif terhadap stres pada remaja di Yayasan Panti Asuhan Putra Harapan Asrori Malang. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 33 anak yang diambil dengan tehnik sampel purposive. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengungkap dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informatif dan stres. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan dan dukungan instrumental memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap stres yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.548, -0.616 dan -0.831. Sedangkan dukungan informatif tidak memilliki pengaruh terhadap stres yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.085 (p>0.05). Dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan, dukungan instrumental dan dukungan informatif secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap stres yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 (p< 0.05) sedangkan besar pengaruhnya adalah sebesar 0.515 sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0.485 dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
