Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru SMP Negeri 1 Waru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan subjek berjumlah 34 guru yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi untuk mengukur skor persepsi dukungan organisasi dan skala komitmen organisasi untuk mengukur skor komitmen organisasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data diperoleh nilai r sebesar 0,774 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru.
