Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Polisi Wanita

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada Polisi Wanita di Polrestabes Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek berjumlah 80 Orang sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment untuk mencari hubungan antara dua variabel. Hasil analisis antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,493 (r = 0,493) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p = 0,000), yang artinya ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Semakin tinggi nilai kepuasan kerjanya maka semakin meningkat pula tingkat komitmen organisasinya.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determinethe relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment on Police Woman in Polrestabes Surabaya. This research uses quantitative method with 80 people as the subject. The instruments of this study are the scale of Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment. Data analysis techniques in this study uses product moment correlation technique to search the relationship between the two variables. The result of the analysis between Job Satisfaction with Organization Commitment indicates a correlation coefficient of 0,493 (r=0,493) with a significant value of 0,000 (p=0,000), it means that there is a relationsip between Job Satisfaction with Organization Commitments. The higher Job Satisfaction is, then also the higher Organization Commitment is.
