HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING PADA GURU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan subjective well-being pada guru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang berjumlah 95 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengukuran pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala komitmen organisasi dan skala subjective well-being. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Pearson product moment. Hasil analisis antara komitmen organisasi dengan subjective well-being menunjukkan koefisien korelasi 0,618 (r = 0,618) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (p = 0,000; p < 0,05). Hasil menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan subjective well-being.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational commitment and subjectivwe well-being on teachers. Subjects in this study where teachers wich amounts to 95 person. The instrument used for the measurement in this study uses the scale of organizational commitment and subjective well-being scale. Data analysis tehcnique using Pearson product memoment. The result of analysis between organizational commitment and subjective well-being shows correlation coefficient 0,618 (r = 0,618) with significance value 0,000 (p = 0,000; p < 0,05). The result suggest that there was a significant relationship between organizational commitment and subjective well-being.
