HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstract

organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Rancangan
penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat
hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan organizational citizenship behavior.
Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Yayasan Yatim Mandiri Surabaya yang berjumlah 36
orang. Subyek yang diteliti meliputi semua yang terdapat di dalam populasi karena jumlah populasi
yang kurang dari 100. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala kepemimpinan
transformasional dan skala organizational citizenship behavior dengan format skala likert rentang 1-
4. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik alpha cronbach. Reliabilitas skala kepemimpinan
transformasional sebesar 0,986, sedangkan reliabilitas skala organizational citizenship behavior
sebesar 0,978. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Pearson.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan
organizational citizenship behavior menunjukkan nilai r sebesar 0,659 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,05),
sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan yang positif
dan signifikan antara skor kepemimpinan transformasional dengan skor organizational citizenship
behavior.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and
organizational citizenship behavior. This study used quantitative method. The design of the study
was correlational. The hypothesis in this study was that there is a relationship between
transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study
were employees of Yatim Mandiri Surabaya consisting of 36 peoples. All participants were include
in this study because the population is less than 100. Data collected using transformational
leadership and organizational citizenship behavior questionaires in the form of 1-4 likert scale.
Transformational leadership scale used to measure transformational leadership scores and
organizational citizenship behavior scale used to measure organizational citizenship scores. To test
the reliability, alpha cronbach was employed. Transformational leadership scale reliability was
0,986, while organizational citizenship behavior scale reliability was 0,978. Data analyzed using
Pearson’s product moment correlation. Based on data analysis, the relationship between
transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior had r value of 0,659 and p =
0,000 (p<0.05), so that the research hyphotesis is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there
is a positive and significant relationship between score of transformational leadership with score of
organizational citizenship behavior.
