Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment, (2) determine the relationship between organizational communication and organizational commitment, (3) determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational communication and organizational commitment. This research was conducted using quantitative approach with correlational research design. The total of population in this study was 225 people. The samples were taken using a cluster sampling, and it obtained the total samples of 95 people. Retrieval of data in this study used 3 questionnaires with its own scale development. The validity coefficient on alpha cronbarch, 0.938 of organizational climate scale, 0.943 of organizational communication scale, and 0.939 organizational commitment scale. The statistical data analysis used product moment and multiple correlation. Based on the data analysis result (1) there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment with correlation coefficient of 0.217 with p = 0.035 very weak but significant relationship. (2) There is a significant relationship between organizational communication and organizational commitment with correlation coefficient of 0.291 and p = 0.004, very weak but significant relationship. (3) There is a significant relationship between organizational climate and organizational communication with organizational commitment with correlation coefficient of 0.295 and p = 0.015 , very weak but significant relationship
