HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI KEHARMONISAN KELUARGA DAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SMA TRIMURTI SURABAYA

Abstrak
Fenomena yang terjadi di SMA Trimurti memang tidak sedikit bahwa keharmonisan keluarga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar, siswa cenderung lebih sering membolos, terlambat, hilangnya motivasi atau antusias belajar. Kondisi seperti ini juga berdampak pada kehidupan sosialnya, individu cenderung lebih berdiam diri menutup diri, membatasi pergaulan dengan teman-temannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keharmonisan keluarga dan kepercayaan diri dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMA Trimurti Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi dengan sampel sebanyak 167 siswa dari jumlah populasi 320 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria kelas XII IPA tahun ajaran 2013-2014. Pada hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan metode analisis data korelasi product moment untuk menguji hubungan antara dua variabel dan analisis regresi sederhana untuk menguji antara ketiga variabel. Hasil untuk hubungan antara keharmonisan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar sebesar 0,005 yang berarti nilai tersebut di bawah nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,005 sehingga kedua variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, hasil lain ditunjukkan dengan nilai R2 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai kontribusi dalam menjelaskan prestasi belajar sebesar 4,7% yang berarti keharmonisan keluarga bukan variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar dalam penelitian ini, hipotesis kedua yaitu hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan prestasi belajar analisis data penelitian diperoleh korelasi sebesar 0,119 yang artinya berada di atas nilai signifikansi sehingga hipotesis ini ditolak. Ini menunjukkan bahwa hasilnya ternyata pada variabel X1 yaitu keharmonisan keluarga dan variabel X2 yaitu kepercayaan diri secara bersama-sama tidak dapat mempengaruhi variabel Y yaitu prestasi belajar pada siswa SMA Trimurti Surabaya.

The phenomenon happened at Trimurti Senior High School shows that the family harmony has an influence to the students study achievement. The students tend to skip from their class, be late, and lack of study motivation and enthusiasm. The condition affects their social life. The individual tends to keep silent, be introvert person, and limit their relation with their friends. This research aims to find the relation between family harmony and self confidence with students study achievement at Trimurti Senior High School Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research by using regression analysis method. The sample is 167 students out of total population of 320 students. The sample of this research is chosen by using purposive sampling. The criterion is in the grade of XII SCIENCE of the academic year of 2013-2014. The first and the second hyphotesis use product moment correlation analysis to find the relation between both variables. The regression analysis method is used to find the correlation between three variables. The result for the correlation between family harmony and study achievement is 0,005. It means that it is below the significant value of 0,005. Therefore, both variables have significant result. Another result is showed by the score of R2. It shows that the score of the contribution in explaining the student achievement is 4,7%. It means that the family harmony is not the dominant variable which affects the study achievement in this research. The second hypothesis “the correlation between self confidence and study achievement in this research is 0,119. It means that this score is more than the significant score. Therefore, this hypothesis is rejected. It shows that the result in the variable X1 which is the family harmony and variable X2 which is self confidence does not affect the Y as the variable of students’ achievement at Trimurti Senior High School Surabaya
