The role of the striker in a soccer game is very crucial, namely to score goals and attack the enemy. This study aims to design a soccer training program specifically for the striker position so that it can meet the physical needs of the striker. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a quantitative descriptive approach to obtain data related to the effect of treatment on subjects through the Pre Test and Post Test. The subjects of this study were ten KU-13 athletes from Keltjes Soccer Academy who play the position of striker with a training duration of eight weeks. The physical components measured include flexibility, strength, speed, and endurance through seven types of tests and measurements, namely: Sit and Reach, Push Up, Sit Up, Squat Jump, Dash Sprint 20 m, Shuttle Run 4 x 5 meters and Bleep Test. Statistical data testing uses normality, homogeneity and Paired T-Test tests to prove the validity of data analysis. The results showed a significant increase in all biomotor components tested, with a p value <0.005. This proves that a structured physical training program is effective in improving the physical performance of strikers, including flexibility, muscle strength (upper, core, lower), agility, and endurance. Thus, a structured physical training program that is tailored to the needs of the striker position has been proven to be able to support the improvement of the player's overall physical, technical, and tactical performance. These results emphasize the importance of integrating position-based physical training in the development of soccer athletes
