PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DARI SISI KEPUASAN KERJA MELALUI TURNOVER INTENTION

Abstract

This study aims to explain and find out the relationship between the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by turnover intention at PT. Bahagia Elok Senthosa. This type of research is a causal study using a quantitative approach to permanent employees and saturated samples is a sampling technique of this study with a sample of 53 office employees. This study uses a statistical analysis of structural equation model and the analytical tool used is Smart PLS 3.0.

This study provides results that the relationship of job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not affect turnover intention. Turnover intention does not affect employee performance. The relationship of job satisfaction to employee performance cannot be mediated by turnover intention.
