Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, keterampilan prdisini oses siswa dan ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif produk siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada materi pokok larutan penyangga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one shoot case study. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Mazraatul Ulum Paciran Lamongan. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi keterlaksaan model pembelajaran inkuiri, lembar penilaian keterampilan proses, lembar soal tes keterampilan proses, dan lembar soal tes kognitif produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Persentase rata-rata keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada pertemuan I sebesar 81,71% (sangat baik), pertemuan II sebesar 87,27% (sangat baik), dan pertemuan III sebesar 93,98% (sangat baik); (2) Nilai rata-rata keterampilan proses siswa sebesar 76 dengan ketuntasan klasikal siswa sebesar 72,41% (3) Ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar kognitif produk siswa sebesar 86,20%.

The aims of this research are to know feasibility of learning, student’s process skill and student’s mastery outcome learning of cognitife product after implementation of inquiry learning model in buffer solution matter. The type of this research was descriptive quantitative and design of this research was one shoot case study. The subject of this research were XI grade student’s of SMA Mazraatul Ulum Paciran Lamongan. The instruments that used were observation sheet of inquiry learning model feasibility, sheet of assessment process skill, sheet test for process skill, and sheet test for cognitive product. The result of this research showed that (1) Average percentage of inquiry learning model feasibility at meeting I was 81,71% (excellent), at meeting II was 87,27% (excellent), and at meeting III was 93,98% (excellent); (2) Average score of student’s process skill was 76 with clasical score reached 72,41%; (3) Student’s mastery clasical outcome learning cognitive product was 86,20%.
