FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI MOTIVASI SISWA DALAM MELAKUKAN AKTIVITAS KEBUGARAN JASMANI SAAT PANDEMI COVID 19: CROSS-SECTIONAL-STUDY

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam melakukan aktivitas kebugaran jasmani saat pandemi COVID-19 untuk memperbaiki imun dan meningkatkan kesehatan siswa. Crossectional study ini dilakukan kepada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo. Populasi sebanyak 592 siswa diambil sebanyak 403 siswa menggunakan quota cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket motivasi tingkat aktivitas jasmani harian siswa yang dilengkapi dengan pertanyaan seputar sosiodemografi orang tua dan fasilitas olahraga yang ada di lingkungan siswa. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif statistik, t-test,dan anova dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata aktivitas jasmani siswa sebesar 55,17. Siswa yang memiliki tingkat aktivitas jasmani dengan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 0%, rendah 1,2%, cukup 50,1%, tinggi 41,7%, dan sangat tinggi 6,9%. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat aktivitas jasmani siswa adalah jenis kelamin (t=4,542, p=0,000<0,05). Tingkat pendidikan terakhir orang tua (F=2,594, p=0,000<0,05). Pekerjaan orang tua (F=3,960, p=0,000<0,05). Penghasilan orang tua (t=-2,910, p=0,004<0,05). Kebiasaan orang tua beraktivitas fisik (F=7,573, p=0,000<0,05). Frekuensi aktivitas fisik orang tua/minggu (F=6,403, p=0,000<0,05). Terlibat dalam cabang olahraga (t=-8,193, p=0,000<0,05). Aktivitas fisik saat pandemi (t=-8,656, p=0,000<0,05). Durasi aktivitas fisik (F=5,991, p=0,000<0,05). Frekuensi aktivitas fisik/minggu (F=9,278, p=0,000<0,05). Standar fasilitas olahraga (t=-4,834, p=0,000<0,05). Jarak fasilitas dengan rumah (F=1,841, p=0,008<0,05). Tatap muka PJOK (t=-2,161, p=0,031<0,05). Peran guru PJOK (F=1,609, p=0,032<0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa faktor individu, orang tua, dan lingkungan (dalam sekolah dan luar sekolah) dapat memengaruhi tingkat motivasi siswa melakukan aktivitas kebugran jasmani.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence student motivation in carrying out physical fitness activities during the COVID-19 pandemic to improve immunity and improve student health. sectional study was conducted on students of SMP Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo. Students who have a very low level of physical activity are 0%, 1.2% low, 50.1% moderate, 41.7% high, and 6.9% very high. The factors that influence the level of physical activity of students are gender (t=4.542, p=0.000<0.05). Parents' last education level (F=2.594, p=0.000<0.05). Parents' occupation (F=3.960, p=0.000<0.05). Parents' income (t=-2,910, p=0.004<0.05). Parents' habits of physical activity (F=7,573, p=0,000<0,05). Frequency of parental physical activity/week (F=6.403, p=0.000<0.05). Engage in sports (t=-8,193, p=0.000<0.05). Physical activity during the pandemic (t=-8.656, p=0.000<0.05). It is concluded that individual factors, parents, and the environment (in and outside of school) can affect the level of motivation of students to do physical fitness activities.
