PENGARUH PERAN ORANGTUA, KREATIVITAS GURU, DAN MINAT BELAJAR TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PJOK DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran orang tua, kreativitas guru, dan minat belajar terhadap motivasi belajar PJOK siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Responden peneliti adalah 100 siswa SMPN 5 Gresik, terdiri dari 51 siswa laki-laki dan 49 siswa perempuan yang diambil secara kuota. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Angket dalam penelitian terdiri dari, angket peran orang tua dengan indikator memotivasi anak untuk berprestasi, mengatasi masalah yang menghambat belajar, dan mengenali serta mengembangkan gaya belajar. Kreativitas guru dengan indikator materi pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, pemanfaatan waktu, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Minat belajar dengan indikator perasaan senang, ketertarikan siswa, perhatian siswa, dan keterlibatan siswa. Motivasi belajar dengan indikator adanya dorongan kebutuhan belajar, menunjukkan minat terhadap tugas, tekun terhadap tugas, ulet menghadapi kesulitan, dan keinginan berhasil. Untuk analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16.0 yang terdiri analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua, kreativitas guru, dan minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada saat pandemi covid-19, dengan nilai F12,073 pada signifikansi <0,01.Variabel kreativitas guru lebih dominan mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa disaatpandemidengan nilai koefisien beta .292 pada signifikansi ≤0,05 diikuti oleh variabel minat belajar dengan nilai koefisien beta.290 pada signifikansi ≤0,05 dan peran orang tuadengan nilai koefisien beta.196 pada signifikansi ≤0,05.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kreativitas guru lebih dominan mempengaruhi motivasi belajar, baru diikuti oleh variabel minat belajar dan peran orang tua.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of parents, teacher creativity, and interest in learning on students' learning motivation for PJOK during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative by using a survey method. Research respondents were 100 students of SMPN 5 Gresik, 51 male students  and 49 female students who were taken on a quota basis. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study consistedof a questionnaire on the role of parents with indicators of motivating children to excel, overcoming problems that hinder learning, and recognizing and developing learning styles. Teacher creativity with hands of learning materials, classroom management, time utilization, learning methods, learning media, and evaluation. Interest in learning with hands of feeling happy, student interest, student attention, and student involvement. Motivation to learn with hands of encouragement of learning needs, showing interest in the task, persevering, tenacious in facing difficulties, and the desire to succeed. Data analysis using SPSS 16.0 consists of descriptive analysis, classicalassumptiontest (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticityt est), and multiple linear analysis test. The results show that the role of parents, teacher creativity, and interest in learning to have a significant effect on the motivation of student’s learning during the covid-19 pandemic, with an F value of 12.073 at a significance <0.01. The teacher's creativity variable is more dominant in influencing student learning motivation during a pandemic with a beta coefficient valueof .292 at a significance of ≤0.05 followed by a learning interest variable with a beta coefficient value .290 at a significance of ≤0.05 and the role of parents with a coefficient of beta.196 at a significance of ≤0.05. It can be concluded that the teacher's creativity variable is more dominant in influencing learning motivation, followed by the variables of interest in learning and the role of  parents.
