PENEGAKAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA PASCA REGROUPING SEKOLAH DI SMK NEGERI 12 SURABAYA

Penelitian ini mengukur penegakan kedisiplinan siswa pasca adanya regrouping sekolah di SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penegakan kedisiplinan siswa pasca regrouping sekolah di SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Behaviorisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya yang merupakan sekolah hasil gabungan antara SMK Negeri 9 Surabaya dan SMK Negeri 11 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus skor interval. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, penegakan kedisiplinan siswa pasca regrouping sekolah di SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya yang dianalisis melalui lima aspek penegakan kedisiplinan antara lain, (1) kedisiplinan dalam menaati tata tertib sekolah, (2) kedisiplinan dalam menaati waktu, (3) kedisiplinan dalam menaati pembelajaran, (4) Pemberian sanksi, dan (5) Kerjasama serta tindak lanjut guru dan orang tua siswa masing-masing aspeknya memiliki kesamaan kategori penegakan kedisiplinan yakni, cukup baik. Perolehan skor secara keseluruhan dari lima aspek tersebut berjumlah 97,39 sehingga penegakan kedisiplinan siswa pasca regrouping sekolah di SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya secara keseluruhan memiliki kategori cukup baik.

Abstract

This research about quantify of enforce discipline after regrouping school students in SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to know about enforce discipline after regrouping school students in SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya. The theory used for this research is Behaviorism theory. This research used a descriptive quantitative methods. This research was conducted in SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya, this school is combined result of SMK Negeri 9 Surabaya and SMK Negeri 11 Surabaya. The technique of collecting data using observation, questionnaries, interview, and documentation then analyzed with interval score pattern. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded: the enforcement of discipline after regrouping school students in SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya was good enough. It was analyzed through the five aspects of the enforcement of discipline among others, (1) discipline in obeying the school rules, (2) discipline in keeping the time, (3) discipline in keeping the implementation of learning, (4) giving punishment to students, and (5) cooperation and follow-up of teachers with parents that each aspect have in common categories namely the enforcement of discipline. The result of overall score of five aspects is 97,39, so the enforcement of discipline after regrouping school students in SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya overall included was good enough category.
