Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

  1. To make an article published in KMKn, the author should take some guidelines into account, as follows.
  2. The article to be submitted must be an article that has never been published or submitted anywhere.
  3. Every article to be submitted to KMKn is allowed to be written in either English or Bahasa Indonesia.
  4. The manuscript is at least 10 pages and typed in MS Word with A-4 paper format according to the template.
  5. The article is submitted at https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jurnal-pendidikan-kewarganegaraa/index
  6. The article submitted to this journal includes thoughts and studies in the field of Pancasila moral education, character education, learning practices, learning evaluation, learning media, learning resources, sociological, anthropological, political, and legal studies from the perspective of moral and citizenship education in the scope of formal (school), informal (family), or non-formal (society) education.
  7. The manuscript is typed by considering the use of standard languages, punctuation, and spelling based on PUEBI (Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia).
  8. The author should previously register as an author and/or reviewer in https://ejournal.unesa.ac.id/index.php/jurnal-pendidikan-kewarganegaraa/index.  The steps of submitting an article to KMKn are as follows. The author should register in the About menu, then in Submissions. Complete all data in the register menu. Save the username and password to log in.
  9. To submit an article, please download the article template and follow the instructions written in it.
