Publication Fees

Kajian Moral dan Kewarganegaraan (KMKn) does not charge authors for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, or article publication. There are no submission fees, review fees, or article processing charges (APCs).

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly quality, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with publication ethics, irrespective of authors' financial circumstances.

Any changes to the publication fee policy will be announced before taking effect and will not be applied retroactively to previously submitted manuscripts without the authors' consent.
