IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PPKn DI SMA NEGERI 1 KEBOMAS GRESIK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persiapan guru dalam merancang rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 1 Kebomas Gresik, mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 1 Kebomas Gresik, dan mendeskripsikan penilaian pembelajaran PPKn dalam kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri 1 Kebomas Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) SMA Negeri 1 Kebomas mulai menerapkan kurikulum 2013 sejak tahun ajaran 2013/2014 dengan menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berupa rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) yang dipersiapkan melalui kegiatan workshop, mengikuti musyawarah MGMP tingkat kabupaten dan sekolah serta membentuk guru pendamping dan sasaran. Guru PPKn dalam penyusunan RPP secara keseluruhan tidak mengalami hambatan karena sudah memperoleh buku pedoman guru PPKn sesuai kurikulum 2013, 2) Kegiatan pembelajaran PPKn meliputi kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup. Kegiatan pendahuluan diawali dengan pembacaan do’a sebelum belajar dan melakukan kegiatan apersepsi berupa tanya mengenai materi yang akan disampaikan dengan dikaitkan peristiwa di sekitar siswa. Kegiatan inti menerapkanpendekatan saintifik dan 5M (mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan data, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasikan) dengan dipadukan model pembelajaran discovery learning, PBL, dan inquiry learning serta menggunakan sumber dan fasilitas belajar untuk menunjang pembelajaran siswa. Kegiatan penutup dengan memberikan kesimpulan materi yang telah disampaikan serta melakukan refleksi untuk mengetahui pemahaman siswa, dan 3) penilaian pembelajaran dilakukan melalui penilaian sikap meliputi penilaian diri, jurnal, observasi, dan teman sejawat, pengetahuan meliputi tanya jawab, ulangan harian, UAS dan penugasan, dan keterampilan meliputi penugasan portofolio seperti kliping dan penilaian project. Guru memberikan program tindak lanjut berupa remidial lisan, tulis, dan penugasan bagi siswa yang nilainya kurang dari KKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the preparation of teachers in designing lesson plan in learning civics in senior high school 1 Kebomas Gresik, describe the curriculum implementation 2013 in lesson civics in senior high school 1 Kebomas Gresik, and describing the assessment of learning civics in the curriculum, 2013 in senior high school 1 Kebomas Gresik. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Senior high school 1 Kebomas started implementing the curriculum 2013 since the academic year 2013/2014 by compiling a learning device in the form of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) prepared through workshops and discussions with the teams  deliberation subject teacher (MGMP) district and school level and and to form assistant and teachers objectives. Civics teachers in the preparation of the learning implementation plan as a whole did not have problems because get guide  book teacher  civics appropriate curriculum 2013, 2) the implementation of learning activities civics include preliminary activities, the core and the cover. Preliminary activities begins with the reading of prayers before studying and conducting apersepsi asking questions about the material that will be presented about events around student. Core activities applying scientific approaches and 5M (observe, ask, collect data, associate and communicate) with  model discovery learning, PBL, inquiry learning and the use of resources and learning facilities to support student learning. Closing activities by providing material that has been presented conclusions and reflection to determine student understanding, and 3) assessment of learning is done through attitude assessment includes self-assessment, journal, observations, and peers, knowledge includes frequently asked questions, daily tests, School Final Exam (UAS) and assignment, and skills portfolio includes assignments such as clipping and project assessment. Teachers provide follow-up program in the form of remedial oral, written, and assignments for students who score less than Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM).
