PERGESERAN NILAI SOSIAL DI DESA NGORO KECAMATAN NGORO KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO PASCA BERDIRINYA NGORO INDUSTRI PERSADA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan nilai-nilai sosial yang berkembang di Desa Ngoro Kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten Mojokerto pasca berdirinya Ngoro Industri Persada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan snowball sampling dengan jumlah informan tujuh orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan  wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teori yang digunakan sebagai pisau analisis adalah teori evolusi sosial Emile Durkheim yang menjelaskan mengenai pembagian kerja dan perubahan solidaritas mekanik menjadi solidaritas organik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk nilai sosial yang muncul dan berkembang yaitu nilai material meliputi nilai kepastian, nilai ekonomis, nilai konsumtif, dan nilai kebebasan. Nilai vital yang meliputi nilai individual, nilai keilmuan, dan nilai pamrih serta nilai kerohanian meliputi nilai kebenaran. Nilai sosial tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Ngoro telah memasuki tatanan masyarakat dengan tipe solidaritas organik yang identik dengan masyarakat modern pasca berdirinya Ngoro Industri Persada.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to describe the social values that develops in the Ngoro village, Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency after the establishment of Ngoro Industry Persada. This study adopted qualitative approaches with the design research phenomenology. Election informants using snowball sampling with amount of informants is seven person. Technique data collection used in-depth interviews, observation,  and documentation. As for the validity  technique of  data used triangulation sources and technique. A theory that used analysis is theory of evolution social Emile Durkheim to describe the distribution of work and change solidarity mechanical into solidarity organic. The result of this research showing that social values to arise and developing is material value include the value of certainly, economic value, consumption value, and  freedom value. The vital value include the value of individual, scientific value, and profit value, and than spirituality value include the value of the truth. Social values indicates the village community Ngoro has entered order the community with type solidarity organic identical with modern society after the establishment of  Ngoro Industry Persada.
