PERSEPSI MAHASISWA S1 PPKn TENTANG KAWASAN TANPA ROKOK DAN KAWASAN TERBATAS MEROKOK DI FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL DAN HUKUM UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa S1 PPKn tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok dan Kawasan Terbatas Merokok yang terdapat di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Informan di dalam penelitian ini adalah lima orang mahasiswa yang berasal dari Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Surabaya angkatan 2014, 2015, 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa para informan setuju apabila di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Surabaya terdapat peraturan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok dan Kawasan Terbatas Merokok. Informan berpendapat bahwa peraturan belum berjalan dengan baik karena masih terdapat mahasiswa, karyawan, staf, maupun dosen yang masih melanggar peraturan tersebut. Mayoritas informan akan memberikan teguran jika menemukan orangtyang merokoktdi tempattyang dilarang untuk merokok. Para informan juga berharap agar peraturan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan lebih baik lagi. Para informan juga memberikan dukungan terhadap peraturan tersebut melalui sikap mereka seperti menjaga dan memelihara tanda peraturan dilarang merokok. Memberikan arahan kepada perokok untuk merokok di tempattkhusus untuktmerokok, menggunakan tempattkhusus untuktmerokok semaksimal mungkin, memberikan teguran untuk mereka yang masih melanggar hingga melaporkan kepada satpam atau petugas yang berwenang menindak lanjuti pelanggaran tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the perception of Pancasila and CivictEducation studentstabout the Non-Smoking Area and Limited Smoking Area in environment oftSocial Science andtLaw Faculty State Universitytof Surabaya. This research uses qualitative approach through the kind of research descriptive. The Informants of this research is a five college students from Social Science and Law Faculty in State University of Surabaya around class 2014, class 2015, and class 2016. The resultstof thistresearch show thattthe informants agree if in environment of Social Science and Law Faculty State University of Surabaya there is a regulation about the Non-Smoking Area and Limited Smoking Area. The informant thought that the charter a lack of since there is still a college student employees, staff, and enough lecturers who still break the rules the ordinance. The majority of informants will give warning if they find a person who smokes in the place that consist of Non-Smoking area. The informants also give support for that’s regulation by their attitudes such as protect and keep the sign of smoking prohibited regulation. Give a directive to smoker for smoking in the place which specially for smoking, using the smoking place as maximal, give a warning for they who still break that regulation or inform to security guard or employee who have the power to be competent take action against that’s violation.
