UPAYA PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM MENUMBUHKAN JIWA GOTONG ROYONG DI DESA TUGUREJO KECAMATAN SLAHUNG KABUPATEN PONOROGO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan berbagaiaktivitas yang dilakukan pemerintah desa Tugurejo dalam melakukan upaya menumbuhkan jiwa gotong royong masyarakat desa Tugurejo, Kecamatan Slahung, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 1 informan kunci dan 3 informan lainnya. Informan kunci adalah pejabat pemerintah desa yaitu Kepala Desa Tugurejo, informan lain adalah pejabat desa yang masih aktif dan salah satu perwakilan warga masyarakat desa Tugurejo sebagai informan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa Tugurejo sudah melakukan upaya menumbuhkan jiwa gotong royong masyarakat desa Tugurejo, hal ini dapat dilihat dari upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah desa yaitu dengan melakukan interaksi sosial dan lingkungan, melakukan pendekatan-pendekatan sosial yaitu berupa kegiatan yang dapat diterima masyarakat Tugurejo, kerjasama dengan organisasi desa untuk melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan kepemudaan yang kekinian dan tanggap terhadap perkembangan jaman dan mengadakan kegiatan sosial gotong royong. Masyarakat desa Tugurejo juga merespon positif upaya pemerintah desa Tugurejo tersebut,sehingga desa Tugurejo mendapat prestasi dan pencapaian yang baik dalam lomba kategori desa gotong royong ditingkat Kabupaten dan Provinsi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the various activities undertaken by the Tugurejo village government in an effort to foster a community of mutual cooperation Tugurejo village community, Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative design and approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Subjects in this study used purposive sampling with 1 key informant and 3 other informants. Key informants were village government officials namely the Village Head of Tugurejo, the other informants were village officials who were still active and one of the Tugurejo village community representatives as triangulation informants. The results of this study indicate that the village government of Tugurejo has made efforts to foster a community of mutual cooperation Tugurejo village community, this can be seen from the efforts made by the village government by carrying out social and environmental interactions, carrying out social approaches in the form of activities that are acceptable to the community Tugurejo, collaboration with village organizations to carry out youth activities that are current and responsive to the development of the times and hold social activities together. The community of Tugurejo village also responded positively to the efforts of the Tugurejo village government, so that the village of Tugurejo received a good achievement and achievements in the category of mutual cooperation at the regency and provincial level.
