Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan Penerapan Demokrasi Pancasila dalam Proses Pemilihan Ketua Umum Himnas PPKn pada Kongres dan Rakernas di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Tahun 2018. Dalam forum pemilihan Ketua Umum seharusnya sejalan dengan Pancasila sila ke-4 yang berfokus pada Permusyawaratan Mufakat dan terciptanya Teori Keadilan John Rawls yang berfokus pada prinsip kebebasan yang sama atau setara, memperlihatkan netralitas dan apresiasi opini yang datang seluruh peserta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain eksploratif mengacu pada pendapat Sugiyono (2018). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang yakni Ketua Umum Himnas PPKn, Presidium Sidang 1 dan 2 Kongres dan Rakernas Himnas PPKn. Kesimpulan hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan jika aktivitas Demokrasi Pancasila telah diterapkan pada forum Kongres dan Rakernas Himnas PPKn tersebut meski dalam pelaksanaannya kurang sempurna. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat menjadi kontribusi pemikiran hasil penelitian ini diharapkan yang bermanfaat untuk menambah sumbangan pemikiran ilmiah mengenai penerapan nilai Demokrasi Pancasila Dapat menambah pengetahuan bagi penulis dan pembaca pada umumnya mengenai perpaduan teori keadilan dan pengaplikasian Demokrasi Pancasila pada penelitian ini

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the Application of Pancasila Democracy in the Election Process of Himnas PPKn Chairperson at the 2018 Congress and National Working Meeting at Yogyakarta State University. In the forum for the election of the General Chairperson it should be in line with the 4th Pancasila Principle which focuses on Consensus Consultation and the creation of John Rawls's Theory of Justice which focuses on the principle of equal or equal freedom, shows the neutrality and appreciation of opinions that come by all participants. The research method used is qualitative with an exploratory design referring to the opinion of Sugiyono (2018). The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The research informants were determined using purposive sampling technique. There were 3 informants in this research, namely the General Chairperson of the Himnas PPKn, the Presidium for the 1st and 2nd Sessions of the Congress and the National Social Work Meeting for PPKn The conclusion of the results of this study reveals that the Pancasila Democracy activity has been applied to the PPKn Himnas Congress and Rakernas forums even though the implementation is not perfect. The results of this study are expected to be useful as a contribution to the thought of the results of this study which are expected to be useful to increase the contribution of scientific thought regarding the application of the values ​​of Pancasila Democracy.
