STRATEGI DAN GAMBARAN PEMBENTUKAN PERILAKU DISIPLIN SISWA MELALUI PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN DIRI DI SMP NEGERI 1 BUNGAH GRESIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi dan gambaran pembentukan perilaku disiplin siswa melalui program pengembangan diri di SMP Negeri 1 Bungah Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Bungah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa strategi SMP Negeri 1 Bungah Gresik dalam pembentukan perilaku disiplin siswa dilakukan melalui buku pribadi siswa, pembiasaan, keteladanan, teguran preventif, reward and punishment. Kemudian gambaran perilaku disiplin siswa melalui program pengembangan diri dilakukan dengan bimbingan konseling dan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. Gambaran perilaku disiplin siswa melalui program pengembangan diri dengan bimbingan konseling dilihat dari siswa yang berada di tingkat kelas VII mendapat skor rata-rata 71,75 termasuk dalam kategori baik, kelas VIII mendapat skor rata-rata 74,39 termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan kelas IX mendapat skor rata-rata 85,37 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Gambaran perilaku disiplin siswa melalui program pengembangan diri dengan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dilihat dari siswa yang berada di tingkat kelas VII mendapat skor rata-rata 79,85 termasuk dalam kategori baik, kelas VIII mendapat skor rata-rata 86,22 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, dan kelas IX mendapat skor rata-rata 89,46 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The establishment dicipline behavior of student through self development program usually exist in school, because the establishment disciplined behavior of student can make act and behave in suitable with rules in the school and norms in the family although in the society. This research aims to describe the strategy and the description of establishment dicipline behavior student through self development program in SMP Negeri 1 Bungah Gresik. This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive type of research which implemented in SMP Negeri 1 Bungah Gresik. Based on research result, known that the strategy of SMP Negeri 1 Bungah Gresik in establishment discipline behavior of student implemented through personal student book, habituation, exemplary, monition, preventif, reward and punishment. Then the description establishment dicipline behavior of student through self development program implemented with counseling and extracurricular activities. The description establishment dicipline behavior of student through self development program with counseling views of student at class VII received average score is 71,75 included the good category, class VIII received average score is 74,39 included the good category and class IX received average score is 85,73 included the very good category. The description establishment dicipline behavior of student through self development program with extracurricular activities views of student at class VII received average score is 79,85 included the good category, class VIII received average score is 86,22 included the very good category and class IX received average score is 89,46 included the very good category.
