About the Journal

J+PLUS UNESA (P-ISSN 2337-9286; E-ISSN in process of registration) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published twice a year (June and December) by the Department of Nonformal Education, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), Indonesia.

The journal publishes original research articles, case studies, and critical reviews in the field of Nonformal Education and related disciplines, including community-based learning, adult and continuing education, life-skills training, and nonformal education program management. J+PLUS aims to provide a scholarly platform for researchers, practitioners, and students to share original findings and advance knowledge in the field of nonformal and community education.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers and are evaluated based on originality, scientific significance, methodological soundness, and contribution to the field of nonformal education. The journal upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity, and does not offer any fixed or expedited review timeline.
