PELAKSANAAN PELATIHAN SEKOLAH DESA DALAM MEMBENTUK KOMPETENSI APARATUR DESA DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Pelatihan merupakan serangkaian pembelajaran dengan tujuan tertentu untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap untuk mengembangkan diri yang tidak dibatasi dengan peserta didik yang mengikutinya. Program pelatihan Sekolah Desa IDFoS untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan aparatur desa dalam melaksanaan pemerintahan desa sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Penguasaan kompetensi merupakan aspek utama dan pertama yang harus dimiliki oleh aparatur desa setelah mengikuti proses pelatihan Sekolah Desa IDFoS. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan merupakan fondasi bagi aparatur desa untuk menciptakan pemerintah desa yang maju dan demokratis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara pelaksanaan pelatihan Sekolah Desa IDFoS dengan kompetensi aparatur desa di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 aparatur desa dari Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknis analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment untuk menganalisis hasil angket.

Hasilpenelitian menunjukkanbahwa r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,786 ≥ 0,361) yang artinya terdapat korelasi yang positif antara program pelatihan sekolah desa dan kompetensi aparatur desa. Hubungan antara kedua variabel termasuk dalamkategori kuat karena beradapada interval koefisien0,60 – 0,799. Hasil uji signifikan juga menunjukkan bahwa harga t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (6,724 ≥ 2,048) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara program pelatihan sekolah desa dengan kompetensi aparatur desa dan kontribusi dari program pelatihan sekolah desa terhadap penguasaan kompetensi aparatur desa adalah 61,77%.

Training is a series of learning with the specific purpose to gain the knowledge, skills and attitudes to develop themselves are not restricted to students who followed him. Sekolah Desa IDFoS training program to enhance the knowledge, skills village officials in carrying out the village administration in accordance with Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning the village. Mastery ofcompetencies is a major aspect and the first to be owned by the village officials after attending the training process Sekolah Desa IDFoS. Knowledge and skills are the foundation for village officials to create a village government developed and democratic. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the implementation of the training Sekolah Desa IDFoS competence village officials in Bojonegoro.

This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study is 30 village officials of Bojonegoro. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and documentation. While the technical data analysis using product moment formula to analyze the results of questionnaires.

The results showed that r count is greater than r table (0.786 ≥ 0.361), which means that there is a positive correlation between training programs and competency rural schools village officials. The relationship between the two variables included in the strong category because they are at the interval coefficient of 0.60 to 0.799. Significant test results also show that the price of t is greater than t table (6.724 ≥ 2.048) so it can be concluded that there is apositive and significant relationship between the training program of village schools with competence village officials. And the contribution of the village school training programs to mastery of competencies village officials is 61.77%.
