ANALISIS SIKAP ENTERPRENEUR WARGA BELAJAR “UKM BUNDA” DALAM MENGOLAH KERANG
UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATANKELUARGA
DI KECAMATAN BULAK KOTA SURABAYA

Masalah kemiskinan saat ini terus-menerus menjadi masalah yang berkepanjangan. Sebagian orang beranggapan bahwa karakter masyarakat Indonesia cenderung konsumtif. Agar masyarakat menjadi produktif, diperlukan usaha-usaha. Usaha-usaha tersebut salah satunya dengan menumbuhkan sikap enterpreneur bagi masyarakat. Analisis sikap enterpreneur warga belajar UKM Bunda dalam mengolah kerang dalam penelitian ini bagaimana warga belajar memahami potensi sumber daya alam yang ada di wilayah Bulak dan dibantu oleh UKM Bunda untuk membuka peluang berwirausaha dengan cara mengolah kerang yang akan dijadikan berbagai macam olahan, agar warga belajar tidak menggantungkan hidupnya kepada pekerjaan suami. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui tentang proses pelaksanaan sikap enterpreneur warga belajar UKM Bunda dalam mengolah kerang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Bulak Kota Surabaya, (2) Untuk mengetahui tentang faktor pendukung dan penghambat sikap enterpreneur warga belajar UKM Bunda dalam mengolah kerang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Bulak Kota Surabaya.

Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik observasi menggunakan teknik observasi non partisipan, teknik dokumentasi berupa sarana prasarana dan hasil produk olahan kerang, dan teknik wawancara menggunakan interview terstruktur.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan pola pikiran warga belajar UKM Bunda untuk berwirausaha dan telah terjadi peningkatan pendapatan dalam keluarga warga belajar setelah mengikuti memproduksi olahan kerang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa warga belajar memahami potensi sumber daya alam yang ada di wilayah Bulak dan dibantu oleh UKM Bunda untuk membuka peluang berwirausaha dengan cara mengolah kerang yang akan dijadikan berbagai macam olahan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.

THE ANALYSIS OF ENTREPRENEUR ATTITUDE OF LEARNING CITIZEN BY UKM BUNDA IN CULTIVATING SHELLFISHES TO ENHANCE THE FAMILY’S INCOME IN BULAK DISTRICT SURABAYA CITY

The poverty problem continuously became ongoing problem. A part of people thought that the characteristic of Indonesia society inclined consumptive. To make the society productive, it required some efforts. One of the efforts was by growing the entrepreneur attitude for society. The analysis of entrepreneur attitude of learning citizen BY UKM Bunda in cultivating shellfishes in this research was how the learning citizen understood natural resource potential in Bulak region and it was helped by UKM Bunda to open the entrepreneur opportunity by cultivating shellfishes which would be made into various things in order that the learning citizen did not depend their life on the husband’s job. This research purposes were (1) to know about the implementation process of entrepreneur attitude of learning citizen by UKM Bunda in cultivating shellfishes to enhance the family’s income in Bulak district Surabaya city, (2) to know about the support and barrier factors of entrepreneur attitude of learning citizen by UKM Bunda in cultivating shellfishes to enhance the family’s income in Bulak district Surabaya city.

This research method was descriptive qualitative. The data collected was using observation technique, documentation, and interview. Observation technique using non-participant, technical documentation the means of infrastructure and the result processed shells products, and interview techniques using a structured interview.

The research result indicated that there had been thought pattern change of learning citizen by UKM Bunda to have entrepreneur and income enhancement in the family of learning citizen after engaging shellfish production. In this way, it could be concluding that learning citizen understood the potential of natural resource in Bulak region and it was helped by UKM Bunda to open the entrepreneur opportunity by cultivating shellfishes which would be made into various things to enhance the family’s income.
