HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMPETENSI ANDRAGOGI TUTOR DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PELATIHAN TEKNIK LISTRIK INDUSTRI DI UPT PELATIHAN KERJA/BLK SURABAYA

Pelatihan merupakan serangkaian pembelajaran dengan tujuan tertentu untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap untuk mengembangkan diri yang tidak dibatasi dengan peserta didik yang mengikutinya.Program Pelatihan Teknik Listrik Industri di dalam sebuah pelatihan peranan tutor sangatlah penting untuk berjalannya kegiatan pelatihan dan kursus. Dalam hal ini peranan sumber belajar yaitu tutor. Tutor pelatihan yang berkualitas adalah tutor yang mempunyai kompetensi yang baik serta dapat menghasilkan hasil belajar memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik yang mencakup domain kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kompetensi andragogi tutor dengan hasil belajar peserta didik pelatihan teknik listrik industri di UPT Pelatihan Kerja/BLK Surabaya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 peserta didik pelatihan teknik listrik industri di UPT Pelatihan Kerja/BLK Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknis analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment untuk menganalisis hasil angket.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh variabel kompetensi andragogi tutor dan hasil belajar adalah sebesar 0,932. Hal tersebut berarti N= 32 dan r_tabel = 0,349 diperoleh untuk r_hitung = 0,932 yang artinya (r_tabel<r_hitung) termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat, sehingga menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat erat antara kompetensi andragogi tutor dengan hasil belajar peserta didik teknik listrik industri di UPT. Hasil uji signifikan juga menunjukkan bahwa harga t_hitung lebih besar dari t_tabel (5,268 ≥ 2,037) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi andragogi tutor dengan hasil belajar dan kontribusi dari kompetensi andragogi tutor terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pelatihan teknik listrik industri adalah sebesar 48,02%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat kuat antara kompetensi andragogi tutor dengan hasil belajar peserta didik peatiahn teknik listrik industri di UPT. Training is a learning series with certain purpose to gained knowledge, skill, and attitude to unlimited self-developed with student who following it. The role of tutor in an industry electricity technique training program very important to the implementation of training and course implementation. In this matter the learning sources was tutor. Qualified tutor training is a tutor who has good competences and can produced learning result which fulfilled student’s need that covered cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The purpose of these research was to determine the correlation between tutor’s andragogy competence to student learning result of electricity technique training on UPT work training / BLK Surabaya.

These research applied quantitative approach. The amount of respondent in this research were 32 students of electricity technique training on UPT work training / BLK Surabaya. Data collecting technique which applied were questioner, observation and documentation. While for data analysis technique applied product moment formula to analyze questioner result.

Based on the data analysis result which obtained from tutor’s andragogy competence and student learning result variables were 0.932. Those results mean that N=32 and r_table = 0.349 obtained for r_count = 0.932 which mean (r_table<r_count) belonged to strong category, so its showed significant relation between tutor’s andragogy competence to student learning result of industry electricity technique training on UPT / BLK Surabaya. Significant test results also showed that t_count score was bigger than t_table (5.268≥0.037) so it can be conclude that there were positive and significant relations between tutor’s andragogy competences to student learning result of electricity technique training as big as 48.02%. Based on the research result that obtained, so it can be drawn conclusion that Ha was accepted and Ho rejected, which mean there were positive and significant relations between tutor’s andragogy competences to student learning result of electricity technique training on UPT work training/BLK Surabaya.
