THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE PERFORMANCE OF TUTORS LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS WITH CITIZENS LEARNING PACKAGE C AT WORKSHOPS AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES CERME GRESIK REGENCY

In fact the performance of tutors is a result of the work that hasbeen obtained in order to tutor a non formal learning in accordance with their capabilities and their responsibilities as educators to wards learners in accordance with the obligations that have been fixed in advance. In addition, trought the perfomance of a good tutor will improve learning achievement result of learners. Then this study aims to describe the relationship between learning achievements with the tutor perfomance citizens learn equality.

The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the design of correlational research. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Sampling of 30 residents learned of the number of population that research is the study population. But if the subject is a large number (more than 100), it can be 10% -15% or 20% -25% or more. Based on these considerations, then take a sample of 30 residents learned of the number of population is 75 people learn equality (Packet C). to increase confidence in the results, the results of research through the validity and reliability of the instrument. In addition, the validity of the test is also carried out using product moment correlation and reliability testing using the formula croanbach's alpha.

The results showed thatthere is acorrelation/relationshipbetwee thepositive performance of the learning achievements with the tutors (aChasePackC) inUPT SKBCermeGresik.This is shown by the price r count of 0.61 ispresent on the range – 0.60 0.799 so it can be interpreted that the relationship between theperformance of tutors with students learning achievements inter Pack C enter the category strong correlations, meaning that performance tutor effect on learning achievements of students pursue package c. based on correlation tables, nor is the finding of a negative sign (-) in front of the correlation (0.61) which means the correlation has a positive pattern.So thatcan be inferredisthe higherthecompetenciespossessed by thetutor, thenthe higherthelearningachievements ofstudentsalso pursuethe packageCSKBCermeGresik.

Pada hakikatnya kinerja tutor merupakan suatu hasil pekerjaan yang telah diperoleh tutor dalam upaya pembelajaran non formal sesuai dengan kemampuan dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pendidik terhadap peserta didik sesuai dengan kewajiban yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Selain itu, melalui kinerja tutor yang baik akan meningkatkan hasil prestasi belajar peserta didik. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara kinerja tutor dengan prestasi belajar warga belajar kesetaraan.

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 30 warga belajar dari jumlah populasi sehingga merupakan penelitian populasi. Tetapi jika jumlah subjeknya besar (lebih dari 100), dapat diambil 10%-15% atau 20%-25% atau lebih. Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut, maka diambil sampel sebanyak 30 warga belajar dari jumlah populasi yaitu 75 warga belajar kesetaraan (Kejar Paket C). untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan hasil penelitian maka hasil penelitian melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Selain itu, uji validitas juga dilakukan menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus croanbach’s alpha.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi/ hubungan yang positif antara kinerja tutor dengan prestasi belajarwarga belajar kesetaraan (Kejar Paket C) di UPT SKB Cerme Gresik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan harga r hitung sebesar 0,61 terdapat pada range 0,60 – 0,799 sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa hubungan antara kinerja tutor dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik kejar paket C masuk pada kategori korelasi kuat, artinya kinerja tutor berpengaruh pada prestasi belajar peserta didik kejar paket C. Berdasarkan tabel korelasi, juga tidak ditemukannya tanda negatif (-) di depan korelasi (0,61) yang berarti korelasi memiliki pola positif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adalah semakin tinggi kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh tutor, maka semakin tinggi pula prestasi belajar peserta didik kejar paket C di SKB Cerme Gresik.
