HUBUNGAN PENGELOLAAN PROGRAM KESETARAAN PAKET C DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN WARGA BELAJAR DI PKBM KECAMATAN KEPOHBARU KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Pendidikan kesetaraan paket C merupakan program yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Dharma Putra Kecamatan Kepohbaru sebagai pendidikan alternative bagi masyarakat di Kecamatan Kepohbaru untuk dapat meningkatkan taraf pendidikan setara SMA. Untuk dapat mencapai tujuannya PKBM melakukan pengelolaan terhadap program kesetaraan paket C. Pengelolaan tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja yang dapat dirasakan warga belajar dan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan warga belajar. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan warga belajar dapat mempengaruhi citra dan reputasi PKBM apabila terkomunikasikan pada pihak eksternal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengelolaan program kesetaraan paket C dengan tingkat kepuasan warga belajar. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teknik kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 40 warga belajar kesetaraan paket C. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment untuk menganalisis hasil angket.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan r-hitung lebih besar dari r-tabel (0,493 ≥ 0,312) sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, termasuk pada kategori cukup tinggi karena berada pada interval koefisien (0,40 – 0,599). Karena nilai hubungan menunjukkan hasil positif maka dikatakan searah. Hasil uji signifikan juga menunjukkan bahwa harga t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (3,493 ≥ 2,024). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif, signifikan dan searah antara pengelolaan program kesetaraan paket C dengan tingkat kepuasan warga belajar.

Abstract

Equality of education package C is a program which is organized by PKBM Dharma Putra subdistrict Kepohbaru as an alternative education for people in subdistrict Kepohbaru in order to improve the level of education that equal to senior high school level. In order to achieve this goal, PKBM manages the equality of package C program. The management would affects the perceive of the people and influences the level of satisfaction of the people. While the level of people satisfaction can affect the image and reputation of PKBM publicly.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the management of equality of package C program with the level of satisfaction of the people who take this program. This research used quantitative technique approach combined with correlational research type. The number of subjects in this study were 40 people who people who take this program. The data collection techniques used werre questionnaires, observation and documentation. To analyze the data, the researcher used product moment formula as the analysis technique.

The result showed that r-count is bigger than r-table (0,493 ≥ 0,312) so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, included in advanced category because it was at coefficient interval (0,40 - 0,599). In this case, it was called one-way direction because of the value of the relationship showed a positive result. Significant test result also showed that the t-count is bigger than t-table (3.493 ≥ 2.024). It is concluded that there is a positive, significant and one-way directional relationship between the management of equality of package C program with the level of satisfaction of the people who take this program.
