Pelaksanaan Pendampingan Belajar dalam Mewujudkan Kemandirian Anak Jalanan di Komunitas Save Street Child Taman bungkul Surabaya

Abstract

Fenomena anak jalanan menjadi salah satu permasalahan sosial yang melanda kota Surabaya. Banyak faktor yang membuat mereka tidak besekolah yaitu faktor ekonomi dan pendidikan orang tua yang rendah. Untuk menghadapi permasalahan anak jalanan ini beberapa orang mulai mencoba memulai gerakan peduli terhadap anak jalanan. Salah satunya adalah sebuah komunitas yaitu komunitas Save Street Child Surabaya. Komunitas Save street child Surabaya mengelola pembelajaran diluar kelas degan mekanisme survey, pendekatan terhadap warga dan memilki peranan kecil sebelumnya akhirnya berjalan sebagai pusat kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hal ini dilakukan agar mewujudkan kemandirian anak jalanan di komunitas Save Street Child di taman bungkul Surabaya Penelitian ini bertujuan mengenai : (1) pelaksanaan pendampingan belajar dalam dalam mewujudkan kemandirian anak jalanan di komunitas Save Street Child di taman bungkul Surabaya, (2) tingkat kemandirian anak jalanan pada komunitas Save Street Child taman bungkul Surabaya, (3) mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dalam pendampingan belajar dalam mewujudkan kemandirian anak alanan pada komunitas Save Street Child di taman bungkul Surabaya, (4) faktor-faktor penghambat pendampingan belajar dalam mewujudkan kemandirian anak alanan pada komunitas Save Street Child di taman bungkul Surabaya.informan penelitian ini meliputi : (1) pihak penyelenggara komunitas Save Street Child Surabaya, (2) pengajar komunitas Save Street Child Surabaya, (3) anak jalanan komunitas Save Street Child Surabaya. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain : pertama, pendampingan belajar di komunitas save street child taman bungkul surabaya meliputi (1) warga belajar, (2) ragi/motivasi belajar, (3) sumber belajar, (4) paguyuban/kelompok belajar, (5) pamong belajar, (6) tempat belajar, (7) sarana belajar, (8) dana belajar, (9) program kegiatan belajar, (10) hasil belajar. Kedua, setelah diadakanya pendampingan belajar bagiu anak jalanan, dampak dari pendampingan tersebut adalah kemandirian. kemandirian anak jalanan sudah mulai terlihat yaitu semakin bertanggung jawab, tidak mudah bergantung kepada orang lain, anak-anak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pokok minimal sendiri, menjadi lebih disiplin, lebih berani dalam mengambil resiko.

Abstract

The phenomenon of street children became one of the social problems that hit the city of Surabaya. Many factors that make them not school are the economic factors and low parental education. To face the problems of street children some people started trying to start a caring movement towards street children. One of them is a community of Save Street Child Surabaya community. The community of Save street child Surabaya manages out-of-class learning with survey mechanism, approaches to citizens and having a small role before finally running as a center for teaching and learning activities. This is done in order to realize the independence of street children in the community of Save Street Child in Surabaya bungkul park. This study aims to: (1) implementation of learning assistance in realizing the independence of street children in the community of Save Street Child in Surabaya bungkul park, (2) (3) to know the supporting factors in facilitation of learning in realizing the independence of children alanan in the community of Save Street Child in Surabaya bungkul park, (4) inhibiting factors of learning assistance in realizing the independence of children of the alanan in the Save Street Child community in Surabayas bungkul park. The research informants included: (1) the organizers of the Save Street Child Surabaya community, (2) teachers of the Save Street Child Surabaya community, (3) street children of the Save Street Child community of Surabaya. The data collection of this research use interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study include: first, the assistance of learning in the community save street child bungkul surabaya park includes (1) studying citizens, (2) yeast / learning motivation, (3) learning resources, (4) community / study groups, (5) (6) learning places, (7) learning facilities, (8) learning funds, (9) learning activities, (10) learning outcomes. Secondly, after conducting the study assistance for street children, the impact of the mentoring is independence. the independence of street children has begun to appear that is more responsible, not easy to depend on others, children can meet their own basic needs at least, become more disciplined, more daring in taking risks.
