Penelitian ini berdasarkan observasi yang dilatarbelakangi oleh motivasi belajar yang merupakan segala sesuatu yang ditujukan untuk mendorong dan memberikan semangat kepada peserta didik dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar, kecerdasan emosional yang merupakan kemampuan peserta didik untuk mengenali perasaannya sehingga dapat mengatur dirinya dan menumbuhkan motivasi dalam dirinya, yang dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar yang merupakan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan pada peserta didik yang mengikuti proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar koefisiensi korelasi antara motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar peserta didik program kejar paket C di UPT SPNF SKB Cerme Gresik.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 peserta didik program kejar paket C. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Karena penelitian ini merupakan regresi ganda, penelitian ini menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment untuk menganalisis hasil angket dan raport.

Hasil penelitian korelasi antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar menunjukkan r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,699>0,361). Hasil uji signifikansi juga menunjukkan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (5,17 >2,048). Sementara untuk hasil penelitian korelasi kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,638>0,361). Hasil uji signifikansi juga menunjukkan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (4,383>2,048). Dan untuk hasil penelitian korelasi motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,722>0,361). Hasil uji signifikansi juga menunjukkan bahwa F hitung lebih besar daripada F tabel (14,44>3,35). Hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut termasuk dalam kategori kuat karena berada pada interval koefisiensi 0,60 – 0,799. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar peserta didik.

This research is based on the observations which motivated by the motivation of study that is intended to encourage and provide encouragement to learnes in learning activities, emotional of intelligence is the ability of learnes to recognize the feeling so, they can organize themselves and motivation in it self, which can give the contributions to the learning outcome which is the achievement of the goals of education at learners who followed the teaching and the learning process in accordance with the educational goals that have been set. The purpose of this research is to know how big the correlation coeffitient between the motivation of study and the motivation of intelligence to the learning outcome of learners program in chasing pack C UPT SPNF SKB Cerme Gresik.

This research used a quantitative research appoarch to the type of correlational research. The number of respondests in this research is 30 learners program in chasing pack C. The technique of data collection used questioner, observation and documentation. Because of this research is double regression, this research use analysis prerequisite test. Whereas the data analysis technique using product moment formulato analyze the result of questionnaires and report cards.

The result of the research of correlation the motivations of study with learning outcomes indicate rcount larger than rtable (0,699>0,361). The result of significance test is also indicate tcount larger than ttable (5,17 >2,048). Besides that the result of the research of correlation between the emotional of intelligence with learning outcomes indicate rcount larger than rtable (0,638>0,361). The result of significance test is also indicate tcount larger than ttable (4,383>2,048). And the results of the research of correlation the motivation of study and the motivation of intelligence concurrently with the result of study indicate rcount larger than rtable (0,722>0,361). The result of significance test is also indicate Fcount larger than Ftable (14,44>3,35). The relationship between these three variables included in the strong category because they are the interval coefficient of 0.60 to 0.799. So, it can be concludes there is a positive and significant relationship the motivation of study and the motivation of intelligence with the learning outcome at the learners.
