Abstrak :Hasil pemberdayaan program pelatihan berupa kemampuan atau keterampilan dalam hal motif baru,warna baru, dan pemberian corak dalam pembuatan sarung tenun memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan usaha kecil pengrajin tenun ATBM. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh hasil pemberdayaan program pelatihan terhadap tingkat pendapatan usaha kecil pengrajin tenun ATBM Desa Wedani. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif sebagai analisis data dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara keseluruhan antara hasil pemberdayaan terhadap tingkat pendapatan. Hal ini terbukti dari analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung = 4,892 > t tabel = 2,069. Besarnya kontribusi hasil pemberdayaan terhadap tingkat pendapatan ada pada presentase 47,1%. Artinya antara hasil pemberdayaan terhadap tingkat pendapatan memiliki hubungan yang tergolong tinggi.
Abstract :The result of the empowerment of training programs in the form of skills or skills in terms of new motives, new colors, and the provision of patterns in the manufacture of sarongs has an influence on the income of small business weaving craftsmen ATBM. This research aims to know and analyse the effect of empowerment of training programs on the income level of small business weaving craftsmen ATBM Wedani village. Data collection using polls, observations and documentation. Using quantitative methods as a data analysis with simple linear regression. The results showed there was a significant overall influence between the results of empowerment on income level. This is evident from the regression analysis obtained the calculated t value = 4.892 > T table = 2.069. The magnitude of the contribution to the income level is at a percentage of 47.1%. It means that between the empowerment of income level has a high relationship.
