KORELASI PEATIHAN LAS LISTRIK DALAM PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KETERAMPILAN PEMUDA KARANG TARUNA DI UPT PELATIHAN KERJA TULUNGAGUNG

Abstract

Program pelatihan merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran yang lebih ditekankan kepada peningkatan keterampilan sebagai bekal untuk persiapan ke dunia kerja. Dalam hal ini pelatihan yang dilaksanakan yaitu pelatihan las listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan las listrik  peserta didik yang mengikuti pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, dokumentasi dan metode tes. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis Product Moment terhadap penilaian hasil pembelajaran sebelum perlakuan (pretest) dan setelah perlakuan (posttest). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelatihan las listrik di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Tulungagung sudah baik. Keadaan peserta sebelum pelatihan sudah cukup baik dengan skor untuk pengetahuan 3,33 dan untuk keterampilan 2,97, sedangkan keadaan peserta setelah pelatihan untuk pengetahuan sudah tinggi dengan skor 4,3 dan untuk keterampilan sangat tinggi dengan skor 4,7. Hasil analisis product moment dari penilaian pretest dan posttest didapatkan r hitung untuk pengetahuan sebesar 0,693 dan r hitung untuk keterampilan sebesar 0,427 sedangkan nilai r tabel 0,361 (r hitung 0,693 dan 0,427 > r tabel 0,361). Hasil hitung dari analisis product moment  menunjukkan bahwa H_o yang berbunyi bahwa tidak ada korelasi pelatihan las listrik dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemuda karang taruna di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Tulungagung ditolak yang berarti ada perbedaan secara signifikan sebelum perlakuan dan setelah perlakuan. Dan setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa pelatihan las listrik terdapat persentase peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 41% dan keterampilan 74%.

Abstract

The training program is a learning process that is concerned with improving the skills in preparation for the world of work to prepare. In this case the training is carried out electrical welding training. The aim of this study is to determine the enhancement of knowledge and skills that learners electrical welding training. The method that to used in this study are the method of observation, documentation and test methods. The data analysis use Product Moment analyze of the learning outcome assessment before treatment (pretest) and after treatment (posttest). The results showed that the process of electric welding training in UPT Tulungagung Job Training is good. The state of the participants before the training was pretty good with a score of 3.33 for the knowledge and skills to 2.97, while the state of knowledge of the participants after the training has been high with a score of 4.3 and to a very high skill with a score of 4.7. The results of product moment analysis of assessment from pretest and posttest for knowledge obtained r count  of 0.693 and r count for skill obtained 0.427 while the r table 0.361 (r count 0.693 and 0.427 > r table 0.361). Count the results of the analysis showed that the product moment Ho which says that there is no corelation of electrical welding training in the improvement of knowledge and skill of youth in karang taruna in UPT Tulungagung Job Training rejected which means that there are significant differences before treatment and after treatment. And after treatment are given in the form of electrical welding training are the percentage increase in knowledge of 41% and 74% skill.
