Abstract

Abstract
The development of digital technology in education requires innovation in
managing practical learning in Vocational High Schools (SMK), particularly in
preparing vocational competency practice reports that are still conducted manually
and tend to be inefficient. This study aims to develop a digital media tool called
Autosheet-Smekda based on AutoCrat to support vocational competency practice learning at SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya. The theoretical framework of this study
includes concepts of vocational education, digitalization of learning, development of
instructional media, and the utilization of AutoCrat as a tool for report digitalization.
This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the
ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development,
implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques included observation,
interviews, expert validation questionnaires, as well as pretest and posttest
assessments to measure learning effectiveness. The results showed that Autosheet
Smekda achieved a very feasible level with an average score of 89.6%. The
effectiveness of the media, measured through student learning outcomes, resulted in
an N-Gain score of 0.58 categorized as moderate, while student responses toward the
use of Autosheet-Smekda obtained an average score of 3.33 categorized as very
good. Therefore, it can be concluded that Autosheet-Smekda based on AutoCrat is
feasible and sufficiently effective to support vocational competency practice learning
in vocational schools.
