This study evaluates the Teaching Factory (TEFA) program in the Light Vehicle Engineering program at SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. It adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, and data were gathered through interviews, observation, and document study. In the context aspect, the program is consistent with the school's vision and industry needs, but marketing to external customers remains weak. In the input aspect, productive teacher competence supports the program, while limited supervision, equipment damage, and supply-chain constraints pose challenges. In the process aspect, the industrial service workflow has been applied, yet practice scheduling, occupational safety, and 5R culture are not yet consistent. In the product aspect, TEFA improves students' technical competence and practical scores, but equitable work experience and final quality control need strengthening. Overall, TEFA equips students with skills, yet its sustainability depends on stronger management, facilities, block scheduling, and quality assurance.
