VIDEO “D. LEICHT I” SEBAGAI BAHAN AJAR KETERAMPILAN MENYIMAK BAHASA JERMAN PESERTA DIDIK SMA/MA KELAS X
Listening skill are the very important competence in daily life, as especially for the learning process. However, (Solmecke dalam Godis, 2016:9) said that the students listening skills in language learning process are still in a low level as presented 40%. Thus, the usage of instructional videos for learning can be an alternative method in process of learning skills which can be more attractive for the students in experiencing fun learning. The usage of instructional videos must be adjusted with the material and curriculum applied in aim to achieve complete learning process. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to describe a video taken from Nakladetelství's Youtube channel entitled “D. Leicht I” which is adopted as a teaching material for exercising listening skill in German Language course for the second semester 10th grade students. The subject of this article is an analysis of learning material in “D. Leicht I” video. Moreover, the object of this article is observing the students who learns German Language in 10th. For that, the analysis process is to determine the competency of the video which is applied in learning process. The data are obtained from “D. Leicht I” video in Nakladetelství's Youtube channel. The method used is a qualitative-descriptive method. In general, qualitative method is approached as the method which produces the data in from of description in form of written and spoken words. The technique of the data collection is conducted in way of observation and note-taking techniques. Therefore, the narrated dialogues in “D. Leicht I” are analysed and linked with the material of 2013 curriculum applied in 10th grade of listening skills development. Furthermore, the result of this analysis can be used as the teaching method of developing the listening skill of the 10th grade students which has to be supported by the expert theories of teaching material.
