Abstract

Language skills has four components that constitute a unity . However, one aspect that must be mastered to speak is to speak , because speaking skills to support other skills (Tarigan , 1986:86 ) . But the problem is happening on the ground is not all students have the ability to speak well . So the teachers as educators must deal with this situation smart . Therefore , in this study digunakkan Review Course Horay learning model to train students' speaking skills .

The problems of this research is how the results of the skills learned to speak German to use learning model Horay Review Course in class XI IPS 1 SMA 3 Kediri ?

This study is a qualitative research method that focuses on conversational skills learning . Data were obtained from tests of student learning outcomes in the form of pre-test and post -test . The results obtained from the study of learning before and after learning using learning model Horay Review Course , with the breakdown as follows : From the Pre -test results show 7 out of 36 students only students who have met the chief engineer with the average grade 40.97 categorized as very lower . While the Post - test results showed 33 students from as many as 10 students have met the KKM with an average of 50.75 with a grade 4 student learning outcomes decreased . Based on these data it can be seen that there is an increase in the average classroom but still in the same category as well as decreasing the learning outcomes . And it can be concluded that the method Course Review is the method can not be used to practice speaking skills .
