Reading comprehension of simple sentences is a crucial aspect of German language learning. However, senior high school students are often hindered by limited vocabulary and less interactive media. This Research and Development (R&D) study aims to develop QR Code-based interactive domino media. This media integrates visual and audio elements to enhance motivation and reading comprehension skills of students at the A1.2 level. Utilizing the ADDIE model limited to the Develop stage, this research followed procedures of needs analysis, media design, and expert validation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and Likert scale questionnaires. The material and media validation results both achieved a score of 96%, placing the product in the highly feasible category. Product development included pronunciation audio integration alongside visuals and grammatical refinements based on validator feedback. Although limited to the validation stage, the media demonstrates theoretical validity as an innovative alternative to strengthen the understanding of interrogative (Fragesatz) and declarative (Aussagesatz) sentence structures. The media is ready to be used as a more engaging supporting tool for beginner German language learners.
